What is the difference between Firewalla Red, Blue, and Gold?
Each model is designed for different network speeds and security needs. Firewalla Red is for basic protection up to 100 Mbps, Blue Plus handles up to 500 Mbps, and Gold/Purple models are designed for gigabit speeds with advanced routing capabilities.
Do I need a monthly subscription to use Firewalla?
No, Firewalla does not require a monthly subscription for its core security features. Once you purchase the hardware, you get access to all standard monitoring, firewall, and parental control features for free.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
What is your return policy for hardware devices?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the device in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping and handling fees.
Does Firewalla work with my existing router?
Yes, Firewalla is designed to work with most existing routers. It can be set up in 'Simple Mode', 'DHCP Mode', or 'Bridge Mode' depending on your network topology and router compatibility.
Is there a warranty on Firewalla electronics?
All Firewalla hardware comes with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
