Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare Hardware

  Pack the Firewalla device, power adapter, and cables securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or ship to our warehouse using a tracked service, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and reset the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
